We are looking for an experienced and ambitious UX/UI Design Lead to join our incredible team. You will be leading, managing, and nurturing a team of designers. In addition, you will take a central role in overseeing the projects and will be directly responsible for their creativity and quality, as well as client satisfaction. The Design Lead reports to the Head of Design.

We add value to products through UX-first design and tech expertise.

• 5+ years on the market;
• 30+ employees;
• 70+ projects from the USA, Australia, and Europe.

What you’ll be doing?

• Lead & Mentor a team of designers (1-3 designers of Middle levels);
• Manage 1-3 projects simultaneously;
• Conduct UX Research of competitors’ products;
• Design System Architecture for SaaS and Fintech products;
• Deliver demos to stakeholders;
• Provide UX/UI Mockups to the Front-end team;
• Estimate the scope of tasks, lead other employees, and keep track of deadlines;
• Ensure the delivery of projects to clients and maintain their satisfaction.

Project Focus:

• Initial Project: Leading a fintech project, focusing on the intricacies of financial technologies.
• Future Projects: Throughout the autumn, additional projects will commence, providing opportunities for further leadership and design challenges.

What is needed?

• At least 4 years of experience in UX/UI for Web and Mobile apps;
• Experience in managing UI/UX designers;
• Upper intermediate/Advanced English level;
• Combination of strong visual UI and system architecture skills;
• Experience in creating design systems or UI Kits based on Atomic Design approach;
• Ability to articulate and support your own decisions;
• Experience in all product design phases: Competitors Research, UX Architecture, Wireframing, UI Visual Concept, UX/UI Mockups for full Web App, Delivery;
• Portfolio with awesome UI/UX projects.

Specific Requirements for the Role:

• Background in Fintech: Experience with financial technologies, including account funding, withdrawals, internal money transfers, understanding of trading mechanisms, and knowledge of major exchanges and their nuances.
• Knowledge of Tokens and Variables in Figma: Proficiency in using tokens and variables within Figma is mandatory.
