We implement Odoo and systematically optimize internal processes. We are looking for a UX specialist who will help make them understandable, convenient and resistant to the human factor.

Main tasks:

• User experience planning in Odoo modules;

• Building and optimization user flow and process flow logic;

• Formation of UX solutions: automatic data capture, reminders, hints;

• Implementation of UX solutions with the help of AI (claude code).

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience in UX / User Experience (not only UI);

• Thinks in terms of processes and scenarios, not individual screens;

• Understands user behavior and common UX mistakes;

• Experience with CRM / ERP or internal systems (a plus).

Important: this role is not about designing buttons, but about creating convenient and working processes.
