UX researcher (for an American insurance project) Dnipro, remotely We are expanding our team and are looking for a UX research specialist for an insurance project for long-term cooperation. Our client is an American insurance company with a century-old history. Has a number of products that work in the American market. What will need to be done?—researcher for user testing: assistance to various product teams with the user testing process; —conduct UX research for project teams; — to analyze user data; — analyze and synthesize research results; —present the results; - take part in team calls. Who are we looking for, is it necessary?—experience in UX research from 3 years; — the presence of a portfolio with UX research for the presentation is mandatory: — fluent in English (all work and communication with the team will be exclusively in English); — to be able to structure information, organize its storage and present it to colleagues; — to be able to conduct quantitative research; — understand the pros and cons of each research method; — know the principles of User-Centered Design; — to be able to analyze and systematize data; — have experience working in a cross-functional team; - experience working with Figma.
