UX researcher (for an American insurance project) in Cadabra Studio

We are expanding our team and are looking for a specialist in UX research for an insurance project for long-term cooperation. Our client is an American insurance company with a century-old history. It has a number of products that work on the American market. What will it need to do? —researcher for user testing: helping various product teams with the user testing process;—conducting UX research for project teams;—conducting user data analysis;—analyzing and synthesizing research results;—presenting results;—participating in team calls. Who are we looking for, and what is required? —experience in UX research from 3 years; — the presence of a portfolio with UX research for the presentation is mandatory: — fluent English (all work and communication with the team will be exclusively in English); — be able to structure information, organize its storage and present it to colleagues; — be able to conduct quantitative research; — understand the pros and cons of each research method; — know the principles of User-Centered Design;—be able to analyze and systematize data;—have experience working in a cross-functional team;—experience working with Figma.
