The final result of the work of such a specialist is an increase in the conversion (traffic-lead) of our clients' sites. Requirements: Practical experience in usability studies. Experience in drawing up plans and scenarios for A/B tests. Ability to analyze results and compile reports. Understanding of key product and business metrics .Experience with user tracking tools (for example, hotjar). Good communication skills, the ability to convey ideas to the team.
