UX Researcher in EvoPlay

We are currently looking for a UX Researcher to study user behavior on our products and generate hypotheses for their development. If this is about you — Welcome =) What to do: User analysis (empathy maps, personas, mental models, etc.). Design of interactions (selection of patterns, development of user interaction and functionality scenarios, interface prototyping). Creation of plans, scenarios and reports based on usability testing. Analysis of competitors; Development of wireframes. What is needed for this: Experience as a UX specialist for at least 2 years. Practical experience in usability research. Experience in drawing up plans and scenarios for A/B tests. Ability to analyze results and prepare reports. Understanding of key product and business metrics. Experience with figma, user tracking tools (for example, hotjar). Good communication skills, ability to convey ideas to the team. Responsibility, good analytical skills. Willingness to develop and take on new functions. About the team: The team is actively scaling, but currently it is: Approximately 15 Product and Promo Managers, 2 Business Development Managers and an RnD Manager.
