UX Researcher in Nova poshta

Ideal candidate:

• 2+ years of experience in UX Research.
• Portfolio of research cases.
• Experience in organizing and conducting in-depth interviews, usability offline and online testing.
• Experience in planning and organizing research, selecting and recruiting users.
• Ability to create CJM, Personas, and other UX artifacts based on research results.
• Ability to organize and protect research results.
• Experience in conducting quantitative research, compiling questionnaires.
• Experience in direct communication with stakeholders.

Will be a plus:

• Field research.
• GA, Firebase, Hotjar.
• English Intermediate +.

Your role:

• Find and propose new formats/approaches to existing research and new services and products.
• Profile respondents, recruit them and conduct research.
• Communicate insights to the team and stakeholders.
• Help find design solutions to solve people's problems.
