In terms of UX/UI: at least 5 years of experience in the area of creating digital products, great communication skills that allow for active listening, examining needs, building relationships with the client and delivering results with the client's "that's exactly what I wanted!" or a level higher "I didn't look at it that way, thank you, great suggestion!", ability to design both useful and nice digital interfaces, ability to plan design processes - UCD/HDC - does this mean anything to you? understanding technology in terms of costs and implementation possibilities, knowledge of how to design a product to meet the goals of both the user and the business, knowledge of online business and building product value, knowledge of software development in agile methodologies - we work in SCRUM, so we are looking for someone who has already done this, knowledge of English (at least C1 level).
