Develop customer journey maps (CJM) to understand and visualize the customer experience. Create prototypes for testing and gathering feedback from users. Conduct user tests and A/B tests to validate the effectiveness of proposed ideas. Initiate multi-stakeholder collaborative processes to evaluate and refine ideas. Organize workshops to break down work, assess risks, and identify key requirements and timelines. Foster a culture of innovation through continuous collaboration and feedback.
