UX DESIGNER (FinTech)

Place of work: Pixel office building, ul. Grunwaldzka 182, Poznań. Hybrid (80% in the office)

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer who will be primarily responsible for creating mockups and concepts of new functions for the existing trading platform. Our platform supports both desktop and mobile versions, so the ability to design interfaces for different devices is crucial. You will be in contact with an external design studio that created the new design of the platform, and your task will be to develop and adapt it to the changing needs of users and integrate new functions. In addition to the trading platform, we also have a CRM system, which we plan to refresh in terms of UX, and we plan to launch a new Social Trading project, which you can potentially create on your own.

Our expectations:

✅ At least 3 years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in the fintech or software development industry;

✅ Proficiency in UX/UI design tools - we work in Figma;

✅ Experience in creating mockups and interactive prototypes;

✅ Ability to design responsive user interfaces for various devices;

✅ Knowledge of best UX and UI practices and the ability to implement them in the project;

✅ Independence, excellent work organization and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;

✅ Ability to cooperate with the development team and business stakeholders;

✅ Having your own project portfolio - a necessary condition when submitting an application, please attach a project portfolio.

Welcome:

✅ Experience working on trading or investment products;

✅ Knowledge of Agile methodology and ability to work in scrum teams;

✅ Experience in working with usability testing and data analysis tools (e.g. Hotjar, Google Analytics) and their presentation (e.g. Google Looker Studio);

✅ Knowledge of trends and novelties in the field of UX/UI that can be used in fintech projects.

Responsibilities of this position:

➡️ Creating attractive and intuitive websiteseractive mockups (low- and high-fidelity) and interface prototypes (wireframes);

➡️ Designing UX solutions for both the mobile and desktop versions of the platform;

➡️ Work on optimizing current user interface elements based on user feedback and test results;

➡️ Participating in project meetings and sharing your ideas and concepts for improvements;

➡️ Cooperation with Product Owners and stakeholders to clarify business and technical requirements;

➡️ Testing and validation of projects based on prototypes and mock-ups;

➡️ Designing and conducting research with users, analyzing and proposing improvements based on the results obtained.
