Your Role:

• Ideate solutions to user problems.
• Design and test wireframes for solutions, iterating until an optimal user experience is achieved.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the integrity and functionality of the final product.
• Conduct exploratory research and usability testing of high-fidelity prototypes to validate the final solution before development.
• Assessing the current user experience within the app.
• Identifying pain points and opportunity spaces, and proposing solutions based on user interviews.
• Designing, facilitating, and combining findings in user research to understand user needs and expectations for features and the product overall.
• Ensuring that the designed experience meets user expectations, is accessible, functions effectively, and brings value to the users and business.

About You:

• Outstanding strategic and critical thinking skills.
• Strong background in UX design.
• Proficient in designing across multiple Android, iOS, and WEB platforms, and comfortable with various form factors including phones, tablets, and desktop environments.
• Proven experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including UI Designers, Engineers, Content Strategists, and Product Managers throughout the design process.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in prototyping with Figma is required.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
