UX Designer in CompassWay

Job Description: We are looking for a qualified UA/UX designer with experience in web and graphic design to join our team. Responsibilities: Developing creative concepts and visual solutions for web and mobile applications, landing pages, e-commerce platforms and others. Designing user interfaces that will be intuitive, visually appealing and in line with best practices and brand standards. Implementing UX strategies to improve usability usability and user satisfaction. Collaborate with the team to translate business requirements into design solutions. Participate in the entire design process, from concept development to final implementation. What we expect from the candidate:Experience in UA/UX design, with a particular emphasis on web and mobile applications. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Miro. Deep understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and interaction design. Understanding of design for CRM, dashboard, and SaaS platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them at a fast pace.
