Hello! On this page, Neontri - we are a company with over 120 people that specializes in 2 areas:

-we create systems commissioned by our clients (most often we create something from scratch or add completely new functionalities) mainly in the areas of: finance, banking, fin-tech, e-commerce - although not only :)

-we support our clients in recruiting specialists, and we try to select the best-suited offers for our candidates(so-called bodyleasing)

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience working as a UX Designer < /li>
• Experience in working with tools such as: Figma, AdobeXD
• Knowledge of design topics for operating systems (iOS and Android)
• Creativity and teamwork skills

• Independence in decision-making
• Ability to think logically and analytically
• Experience in the banking industry preferred
• Openness to hybrid work (office Warsaw/50% on-site)
