Position functions: Ensuring the reliable functioning of IT systems; Analyzing incidents and identifying problems; User support (2nd line of support) — communication with customers, processing of first-line support requests, work in the HelpDesk with inexperienced users; installation and configuration of office equipment and software; primary diagnostics, fault detection and block repair of office equipment; consulting users on issues related to computer equipment, office equipment and corporate software; Keeping records of equipment owned by users; Other tasks related to supporting the user's workplace.
