User technical support operator in Grupa kompaniy Fokstrot, TOV

Our partner Foxteam Digital is looking for a User Technical Support Operator.

We are waiting for you:

• basic understanding of the Windows OS and its settings;
• knowledge of basic software and hardware components;
• basic knowledge of the TCP stack /IP;
• understanding of the OSI model;
• superficial knowledge of antiviruses and their settings;
• knowledge of the basic principles of working with remote desktops and remote support tools;< /li>
• ability to quickly analyze and solve problems;
• high level of communication skills;
• work experience in tech. user support.

Position duties:

• working with users in the IT infrastructure of the company, solving problems that arise, providing advice;
• registration and routing requests in the Service Desk module, monitoring their execution;
• providing qualified advice on technical issues;
• working with Active Directory - creating accounts, providing access;
