We are waiting for you:
- basic understanding of the Windows OS and its settings;
- knowledge of basic software and hardware components;
- basic knowledge of the TCP stack /IP;
- understanding of the OSI model;
- superficial knowledge of antiviruses and their settings;
- knowledge of the basic principles of working with remote desktops and remote support tools;< /li>
- ability to quickly analyze and solve problems;
- high level of communication skills;
- work experience in tech. user support.
Position duties:
- working with users in the IT infrastructure of the company, solving problems that arise, providing advice;
- registration and routing requests in the Service Desk module, monitoring their execution;
- providing qualified advice on technical issues;
- working with Active Directory - creating accounts, providing access;
