Main tasks:

• Support and resolve incidents by providing technical support to users using remote access tools.
• Maintenance of peripheral equipment. 
• PC administration.
• Local network maintenance and configuration. 
• Interaction with specialists of the first and third line of support.
• Providing advisory services to users.

• Knowledge of the Windows operating system family and a standard set of office software (office suite O365, etc.)
• Understanding the construction and maintenance of structured cable networks.
• Analytical mindset, self-organization, attention to details.
• Readiness for business trips within the region.
