User support specialist (state budgeting department) in Sili Oboroni

Overview

The vacancy involves service in a specialized unit of the Defense Forces and participation in a project related to the digital transformation of the budget planning process of expenditure control in the Armed Forces on the SAP platform. The unit is looking for motivated and experienced military/conscripts who want to be part of a project that brings strategic innovation to the Ukrainian army.

Responsibilities

• accepting and recording incident requests from users of the SAP system
• processing and providing quick and professional assistance
• user consultations regarding the work in the system of forming a consolidated estimate and financing of budget expenditures
• redirecting requests to profile experts-specialists for processing requests

Requirements

• experience in technical support
• experience in working with a large number of clients
• ability to quickly learn and respond to changes
• high level of stress resistance
< li> knowledge of the process of formation of estimates of state institutions
• knowledge of expenditure of recipients of funds from the state budget, in particular, allocation plan, budgetary/budgetary and financial obligations
• experience of working with the State Treasury Service in the format of a budget manager
• experience with SAP financial/analytical modules will be an advantage

Conditions

• involvement of officers/privates only under the contract until the end of martial law
• 6-day work week in the office
• compulsory passing of the KMB/basic military training for the rank-and-file and the presence of valid certificates from the TCC/military ticket
• transfer of active military personnel (except DPSU) with the approval of the commander
• rear financial support of 20,000 hryvnias for the rank of soldier and 30,000 hryvnias for the rank of officer
• the candidate seeks housing independently
