About the project: Zakupivli.Pro is the largest public and commercial bidding platform, an official member of the Prozorro electronic public procurement system. Through us, the National Police buys food for guard dogs, and OKKO sells gasoline to the state. We have a web service, a mobile application and a training platform for customers and suppliers. About the team: The team currently has 9 public procurement specialists, a written support specialist, a technical user support specialist, a customer service quality control specialist and a team leader. We are looking for another specialist in public procurement who likes to help people. What is important for this role: experience working on an incoming hotline/experience in a call center fluent and competent command of the Ukrainian language (written and spoken) readiness for a large amount of information a sincere desire to help everyone openness to the client, ease of communication (the ability to find a common language with different people) flexibility, quick adaptation in conditions of change Will be an advantage: work experience in public procurement, legal education or experience working with the legal framework, documentation, work experience in the field of sales, working with clients Tasks: consulting clients by phone ( incoming "hot" line), an average of 65-70 calls per day (the duration of 1 call is an average of 3 minutes): 1) on the functionality of the site 2) on the rules of public procurement of various types 3) on legislative issues that regulate tender activities in Ukraine (not you need to know all the details, for this we have lawyers in our team)4) on other issues related to state and commercial tenders and site work processing of callbacks and missed calls consultation in chat and mail (irregularly, only as needed) From our side in you will have: a mentor who will help you understand all the nuances of the work a leader who is ready to help and support at all stages an educational platform https://education.zakupki.prom.ua/ which will help you find any information on your own Stages of selection: selection based on resume interview with by recruiter test task final meeting We offer: work in Home or office format with the possibility to visit the office (Kyiv, Boryspilska metro). There is always an opportunity to work in the office (generator, starlink). The work schedule is from Monday to Friday. It is formed a month in advance and may include the following work shifts: 8.00-17.00, 9.00-18.00, 8.30-17.30, 10.00-19.00. In the future, changes may be made on weekends, in which case the official registration and working conditions will be compensated for on weekends in the middle of the week in accordance with the Labor Code; we provide 24 days of vacation and paid sick leave; we always pay on time Honesty and transparency in all communications medical insurance after a trial period (3 months)
