What you need to do:
You will be the first line of support for our employees - solve technical issues quickly and efficiently to keep the team running smoothly.
- Process user requests through the IT Service Desk system in a timely manner
- Diagnoses, configures and maintains computer equipment, office equipment and peripherals
- Configures and restores MS Windows OS (10/11), deploy MS Windows Server images
- Install and configure network hardware
- Provide remote support for user workstations
- Monitor timely software updates Keep track of computer and telecommunications equipment
- Consult and train users
