What you need to do:

You will be the first line of support for our employees - solve technical issues quickly and efficiently to keep the team running smoothly.

• Process user requests through the IT Service Desk system in a timely manner
• Diagnoses, configures and maintains computer equipment, office equipment and peripherals
• Configures and restores MS Windows OS (10/11), deploy MS Windows Server images
• Install and configure network hardware
• Provide remote support for user workstations
• Monitor timely software updates Keep track of computer and telecommunications equipment
• Consult and train users
• Escalate high-priority requests in a timely manner
• Interact with by contracting organizations regarding the support of software and office equipment
• Develop recommendations for improving the performance of software in workplaces

What experience we expect:

• Experience in configuration, diagnosis, repair and prevention of computer equipment
• Confident configuration and recovery of MS Windows 10/11
• Experience in deployment of MS Windows images Server
• Skills in installing and configuring network equipment
• Experience with IT Service Desk systems will be an advantage
• Ability to clearly and clearly explain technical things to non-technical users  Responsible, attention to detail and result oriented
