User support specialist in Optima-farm, LTD

JV company "Optima-Pharm LTD" successfully operates on the market of Ukraine and is one of the leading distributors of medical preparations and medical products. We have more than 2500 employees. We have 11 modern warehouse complexes in Ukraine. Our company currently has an open position for a user support specialist.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Registration of user appeals in the HelpDesk system;
• Providing assistance and consultations during the installation, configuration and updating of the software product;
• Providing assistance in restoring the functionality of the software product after fatal failures ;
• Knowledge of the procedure and rules for processing user appeals.

YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF YOU:

• Know the basic architecture of a computer;
• Own Windows operating systems;
• Able to make decisions independently.
