Requirements: Higher education, understanding of the basic principles of ITIL; Experience in a similar position from 1 year; Experience working with MS Windows Server technologies and products (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, RDS ), Windows, Office; Understanding the principles of the service model of the IT division; knowledge of the principles of SLA establishment and control; experience of working with several lines of user support; Understanding of general requirements and principles for building SCS; Understanding of technologies and basic programming skills of PBX Asterisk and Avaya will be an advantage.
