• Accepting and processing requests from users by phone and in the Service Desk system (OTRS)
• Technical support of employees and help with computer and software problems and more. 
• Conduct initial diagnostics and eliminate malfunctions in the operation of computer equipment
• Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the existing IT infrastructure
• Administration under the management of Windows Server and Azure Services< /li>
• Administration of Windows Server (AD, GPO, Terminal Service, RemoteApp, DNS, DHCP)
• Administration and user support in Azure
• Administration of Zabbix monitoring system.

• Development and implementation of infrastructure services

Wishes for this position and requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience in the field of IT as a system administrator or user support engineer  from 2 years. 
• Skills to understand about the design and construction of local computer networks, the assembly and configuration of PCs and the knowledge of PC hardware and the ability to diagnose and eliminate errors. 
• Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols
• Basic knowledge of Linux Ubuntu/RedHat/Debian OS. 
• Basic network technologies, WAN, LAN, OSI model.  
• Sure knowledge and practical experience of working with the Windows operating system. 
• Experience installing and working with Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022. 
• Windows Server (AD, GPO, Terminal Service,RemoteApp, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with Azure Services administration will be a plus.
• File Server administration. 
• Knowledge and skills in working with Apache / Nginx, IIS web servers.
• Preferred: administration skills using Windows Power Shell. 
• Skills and experience in managing and administering databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL). 
• Understanding the basics of IT security. 
• Knowledge of English (the technical language of the IT field at a level no lower than Pre-Intermediate).  
• Communication skills and techniqueto express one's thoughts in a structured way. 
• Respect and tolerance towards users, sociability

• Ability and desire to learn
• Stress resistance
• A big plus will be the ability to find a common language with VIP users and "difficult users", charisma

Working conditions:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., lunch from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• We provide 28 calendar days of vacation, paid sick leave,

all official holidays are weekends;

• Employment in compliance with all requirements of Ukrainian labor legislation.
