Requirements: Experience in user support (preferably in the field of Retail); Understanding of both hardware and software parts of PCs; Ability to work with people; Experience of working with ticket systems (GLPI) (required); Stress resistance, literacy , responsibility, independence; Creative thinking. Responsibilities: User management (creating and managing user accounts); Granting access rights in accordance with the roles and responsibilities of users; Solving questions and problems related to user access to the system; Technical support (answering questions and solving technical problems user problems); Provision of consultations and training to users on the use of the system; Optimization and improvement (conducting a system audit to identify opportunities for its optimization); Development and implementation of improvements to increase productivity and efficiency; Analysis of incoming requests (availability of necessary topics); Addition of new categories of requests through a unified registration system ;Provision of documentation (creating and updating technical documentation of the system);Providing instructions to users and other team members on the use of the system;Installation and configuration of the system (installation and configuration of the software of the support system); (administration of the full cycle of request execution).
