• user support (2nd line of support); 
• installation and configuration of office equipment and software;
• consulting users on issues related to computer equipment, office equipment and corporate software;
• keeping records of equipment that is with users;
• support of IT equipment and IT services of office users;
• handling user requests, debugging/maintaining PCs/laptops/peripherals;
• processing user requests in the Jira Service Desk system;< /font>
• organization of uninterrupted operation of equipment.

Desired experience:

Installation / configuration / administration experience:

• Operating systems of the Windows family.
• Office set of applications MS O365 Power User
• Microsoft Active Directory Directory Services for the Windows Server operating system
TCP/IP protocol stack
• DNS, DHCP technology.< /font>
• Knowledge of the principles of functioning of client OS of the Windows family within the domain.< /font>
• Knowledge of the principles of construction and operation of data transmission networks, network equipment, computer equipment .
• Knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals and office equipment.

• Ability to learn quickly and self-teach.
• Teamwork, communication, responsibility, punctuality, attention to details
