User experience analyst with business trips in NDA Recruitment

What will you do?

• Collect and analyze information from users: feedback, requests, problems.
• Prepare analytical reports based on received data, identify key trends.
• Coordinate communication between users and internal teams.
• Monitor changes in customer needs and forecast them to improve the product.

Important! The work involves frequent and long business trips around Ukraine.

You will communicate directly with users on the ground, collect real data and form analytics from the first sources. Travel is a key part of this role, so we are looking for someone who is ready for a mobile work format.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT, analytics or management (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with large volumes of information.
• Responsibility, organization, adaptability.
• Ukrainian language.
