User Acquisition Team Lead (Universe Group) Kyiv, office We are looking for an experienced yambit User Acquisition Team Lead who will effectively scale the number of EdTech users of the Wisey product through multi-channel performance marketing. Wisey is a business of the Universe Group, which creates a platform for increasing the personal productivity of users around the world. More than 55 thousand users have already joined the platform, which contains 27 developed courses with unique content and mechanics dedicated to combating procrastination, increasing productivity, concentration, memory development, logic, relationships, psychology and other topics. The core value of our product is to help people become more productive. We work in the competitive EdTech niche and aim to become the top-1 in it. Therefore, we are now actively moving toward our goals—we are developing the product and scaling up, and we need a strong specialist in our team who will help us reach new heights even faster and more efficiently and develop the bottom-level META/Google channels. Your future challenges: Creation, management and optimization of advertising campaigns (Meta ads/Google ads). Testing new advertising platforms (TikTok, Outbrain, Taboola, Bing, others). Planning and management of 6-7 figure advertising budgets. Control and responsibility for achieving key metrics (CPA, ROI, and others). Generating hypotheses to improve the effectiveness of attracting new users and scaling. Work in collaboration with PM, PMM, analyst, creative team. Interaction and cooperation with well-known official partners: Meta, Google, TikTok and others. Team management. What is important to us: 3+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager in performance marketing (preferably in product IT) or a similar position. Team management experience. Experience in promoting web products. Deep practical experience of attracting users through Meta ads and/or Google ads (Search and Media). Experience working with Tier-1 markets. Experience working with marketing budgets from $400k/month. Responsibility for achieving key metrics (CPA, ROI, and others). Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data.
