User Acquisition Specialist (Tonti Laguna Prime) in Netpeak Group

We are looking for a User Acquisition Specialist to join the Tonti Laguna Prime team. You will launch advertising campaigns for a new web product targeting the English-speaking market using paid marketing channels such as Meta, Google. Your skills: 1. From 2 years of experience working with advertising platforms Facebook, TikTok, Google.2. Understanding digital marketing tools and metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, LTV). 3. Knowledge of the English language at the level of Upper Intermediate (B2). 4. Strong analytical skills with data, numbers and metrics. Ability to make decisions based on data.5. Willingness to learn, develop and take responsibility. 6. Ability to find alternative ways to achieve goals, bypassing bottlenecks and obstacles. 7. The ability to communicate and clearly convey your ideas. The team expects from you: 1. Creation and scaling of advertising campaigns on the Meta platform.2. Implementing a diversification strategy through testing and launching new traffic sources (TikTok, Google, and others). 3. Monitoring and improvement of critical KPIs for campaigns and their analysis using analytical systems. 4. Creating hypotheses and testing them to improve primary KPIs.5. Support for effective communication with the product team and managers of advertising networks. We offer: 1. Payment — rate + monthly bonus.
