The main goal of this role is to attract users to the product by creating and scaling advertising campaigns on the Meta platform and help achieve the business goals of the project. Your skills: 1. Work experience in the position of User Acquisition in Facebook and/or TikTok from 1 year. 2. Work experience in the field of performance marketing from 2 years. 3. Experience with Tier-1 markets: USA, Canada, Australia and Great Britain. 4. English from B2.5. Successful cases of managing advertising budgets in Facebook Ads from $30,000 / month. 6. Independence in decision-making based on data.7. Strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze large volumes of information and draw conclusions from it. 8. Experience with CPA, LTV and ROI in all areas of marketing. 9. Ability to build complex cross-functional processes, optimize them and measure efficiency. 10. The ability to set up connections of working FB accounts, which will survive storms and random bans. Creation and implementation of a strategy for attracting users from Meta channels (and then in TikTok) within the framework of team KRI.2. Creation, launch, evaluation and optimization of advertising campaigns in Meta. Finding the optimal setup that works best for our product and business model. 3. Evaluations of campaign effectiveness results. Monitor not only key marketing metrics (CTR, CR, CPA, ROI, etc.), but also look down the funnel and adjust your strategy based on the data4. Advertising budget management: plan and optimize to achieve key indicators and financial goals of the product.5. Working with the creative team to create quality ad creatives that convert. You will set tasks for the design unit, take an active part in brainstorms, evaluate the results of designers' work and give feedback on the effectiveness of advertising materials. Together with a team of designers, you will analyze the effectiveness of advertising creatives and generate ideas for creating new ones. 6. Work with product and technical team to create cool funnels that convert. We will research and improve user flow.7.
