To enter a niche when fashion continues to undergo a significant change in the pattern of purchases: the share of purchases through influencers and creators is increasing (more than 35% per year). 3. Actively engage the audience for the business not only through standard Meta mechanics, but also through Tiktok and Instagram/Tiktok/Youtube influencers. 4. Interact directly with the world of influencers and creators - both in product promotion and from the point of view of content creation. 5. Launch joint projects with Tier-1 and Tier-2 fashion brands, fashion magazines, platforms. The startup is at the MVP stage, so you have a unique opportunity to join the business at an early stage, have unlimited career prospects and grow to C-level manager with responsibility for a large part of the business. Your area of responsibility will include:— Creating and implementing a strategy to attract users to Meta and then to TikTok/Google and influencers;— Managing the advertising budget to achieve the marketing and financial goals of the product;— Working with creative team to create high-quality advertising creatives that convert. You will set tasks for the creative team and build a "creative factory"; — Creation, launch, evaluation and optimization of advertising campaigns in Meta. Finding optimal setups that work best for our product and business model;— Evaluating campaign performance results. Monitor not only key marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, ROI, etc.), but also participate in the analysis of user behavior in the product and adjust your marketing strategy. What is important to us?— From 4-x years of experience in the field of user acquisition / performance marketing;— Successful cases of managing advertising budgets in Facebook Ads from $100,000 monthly with experience of working with the B2C markets of the USA and Europe;— The mentality of an entrepreneur — you feel comfortable developing and scaling where nothing existed before;— The ability to use marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention and understand the relationships with the financial results of the company;— Good communication skills, the ability to quickly establish contacts and develop a network;— Systematic and structured work , strong analytical abilities and data-driven approach;— Attention to details, high level of self-organization and time management;— Creativity and the ability to generate qualitatively new ideas and hypotheses;— Confident level of using Excel;— English level B2+. Will be an additional plus:— Experience of working with TikTok, Google Ads, influencers marketing; — Experience of purchasing web products; — Skills of working with Amplitude / Tableau; — Experience of writing queries in SQL; — Skills of working with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Optimize.
