Now we are looking for an experienced specialist for the position of User Acquisition Manager to effectively attract users to our applications, work with various traffic sources, networks, with the aim of obtaining the best ROI indicators. You will have the following tasks: Involvement of users from various sources of traffic Search and development of new sources of user engagement Launch, analysis, optimization, scaling of advertising campaigns Search and improvement of effective engagement links Interaction with the Creative Team on the development and improvement of the necessary creative materials Search and implementation of new approaches in engagement Together with other team members, participation in the development and implementation of user engagement strategy It is important for us: 2+ years of experience in a similar position Experience with traffic sources (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, networks, etc.) CPA, ROI e.t.c) Thorough understanding of the principles of user engagement, funnels and ways to influence their improvement Experience with any analytical tools for engagement analysis (Amplitude, Tableau, Data Studio e.t.c) Analytical approach and friendship with numbers Result-oriented English — Upper Intermediate Will be a plus: Experience working with products with network effect What awaits you at Quarks: Cool team.
