User Acquisition Manager (TikTok)

We are looking for a dedicated specialist who will:
- Develop the TikTok platform from scratch;
- Loves analytics and numbers, wants to make decisions based on data;
- Will be able to come up with automation solutions to do less routine work;
- Be responsible for big budgets, grow them and help the business achieve great results.
What about us:
- 80+ people in the marketing team (User Acquisition Managers, Creative Marketers, Designers) and product (~200 specialists);
- Working with the MadMuscles app, which is a leader in men's fitness. We take first place in Google in terms of advertising expenses;
- We have an ambitious goal to become the number 1 app in the Health&Fitness niche.
Our User Acquisition Team:
- Works with large budgets ($1M+ per month) and increases them on a permanent basis
- Works with TIER1 markets;
- Purchases traffic on different platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat), constantly tests new sources;
- Exchanged expertise;
- Able to independently adjust their work and influence decision-making.
What you will achieve in this position:
- You will be involved in creating and implementing a strategy to attract users to TikTok from scratch;
- You will manage the advertising budget to achieve the marketing and financial goals of the product;
- You will look for the optimal set-up that works best for our product and business model;
- You will evaluate the results of campaign effectiveness;
- You will research direct and indirect competitors in terms of channels, promotional materials and successful approaches in attracting users.
What is needed to join us:
- From 1-1.5 years of experience in performance marketing (knowledge of the TikTok platform );
- Analytical mindset (experience working with data);
- English level (B1+);
- Confident user of Excel;
- Experience with Tableau will be a plus;
- Understanding of marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC, Retention;
- Great desire to develop in performance marketing and constantly look for new approaches, points for scaling.
Your manager will be Albina, Head of User Acquisition. Albina has been in the UAM role for over 7 years. She started her career at AMO 3 years ago with the position of UAM Facebook on one of the company's products, now Albina is responsible for all paid traffic on all AMO products.
