Dressly is a business that is changing the fashion industry through AI technologies and a personalized approach. We create personalized fashion solutions that help people be themselves and not be afraid to express themselves.

We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager who will start the TikTok direction from scratch and will be able to scale this direction along with the growth of the business and will have the opportunity to grow to the leader of the direction.

Your area of responsibility will include:
— Launch, optimization and scaling of advertising campaigns in TikTok Ads.
— Generation of hypotheses about user behavior and testing them through performance tools.
— Constant A/B testing of creatives, analysis of their effectiveness and finding the connection between visual formats and results.
— Close cooperation with the creative team: proposing ideas, setting tasks, providing feedback.
— Monitoring key marketing metrics (CPI, CAC, CTR, CR, ROAS, ROMI) and preparing reports.
— Researching competitors and the lifestyle/AI-based mobile apps market.
— Scaling campaigns in Tier-1 markets (USA, Canada, Australia, Western Europe).

What we expect from you:
— From 1 year of experience in performance marketing / user acquisition.
— Practical experience with Meta Ads and preferably TikTok Ads.
— Deep understanding of unit economics: CPI, CAC, LTV, ROAS, ROMI.
— Ability to work with analytical tools: Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Tableau or similar.
— Experience in building and testing creative hypotheses: from idea to result.
— High level of analytical and creative skills, structural thinking.
— English — Upper-Intermediate (B2).
— Willingness to work in a dynamic environment, quickly adapt and take initiative.
