User Acquisition Manager (mobile) in PSV Game Studio

We, PSV Game Studio, are engaged in the development of mobile games, have created more than 250 of our own games for Android and iOS, and also act as publishers for other companies and developers. Due to the expansion of the UA team, we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager. Required skills: ▪ Understanding algorithms of the main advertising platforms with which we work: Facebook, Google, TikTok, Video networks IronSoure, Unity, Applovin. ▪ The full cycle of managing advertising campaigns: launch, analysis and optimization. ▪ Understanding of the main metrics and how they are formed — CTR, IR, CPC, CPA, CR, LTV, ROAS, ARPU. ▪ Knowledge of basic attribution principles. Ability to work with MMP (Tenjin). ▪ Ability to analyze data. ▪ Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets. ▪ Activity, initiative, ability to work both in a team and independently. with a touch of creativity. Responsibilities: ▪ Create and scale advertising campaigns across multiple media channels.▪ Analyze data to optimize advertising campaigns, manage budgets and optimize cost per conversion according to KPIs.▪ Participate in creating creatives, interact with the creative team, discuss ideas, concepts.
