Zeely is a mobile application that helps small businesses promote your products and services with AI-generated creatives, videos and ads. We are Google for Startups and Meta partners. We have more than 50,000 users in the US and continue to grow rapidly.

We are looking for a specialist for the position of User Acquisition Manager with more than 3 years of work experience who wants to join our team remotely or work in the office in Warsaw.

What you need to join us:
- 3+ years of experience in the role of User Acquisition Manager or in a similar position
- Experience in subscription -based products (web or mobile)
—Experience of traffic scale in Meta (Facebook, Instagram), management of large-scale campaigns ($250,000/month)
—Skills for working with the US market and Tier countries -1
— Ability to work with Tableau, Amplitude and GA4
— Understanding of the main marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, LTV), ability to analyze and evaluate the impact of your actions on them
— Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level and above.

Will be an advantage:
- Experience with TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat, etc.
- Ability to work independently with large budgets.

You will have the following tasks and challenges:
— Create and scale advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram
— Test new sources of traffic — TikTok ads, Google ads, Apple Search ads
—Analyze and track performance of ad campaigns
—Work closely with creative and design teams: suggest ideas to creatives and provide feedback on performance of ad campaigns
—Be located in constant search for new approaches to attracting users and conducting relevant tests.
