AMO Apps is currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Meta) for our Health & Fitness apps who will influence marketing starting from creatives, audience, message and will also delve into the product and change the financial performance of the company.
This job is for you if you want:
- Work with Meta advertising, Social media;
- Interact with different product teams and offer your hypotheses/ideas;
< p>- Optimize advertising campaigns and create new ones;- Influence the product with your decisions.
What will you achieve in this position:
>- You will be responsible for creating, launching, evaluating and optimizing advertising campaigns in Meta. You will look for the optimal set-up that works best for our product and business model;
- You will evaluate the results of campaign effectiveness. You will monitor not only key marketing metrics, but also look down the funnel and adjust your strategy based on the data;
- You will research direct and indirect competitors in terms of channels, advertising materials and successful approaches in attracting users .
For this you will need:
- Experience with Meta Ads;

- From 1.5 years of work experience in the field of performance marketing;
- Analytical mindset (experience working with data);
- English level (B2+);

- Confident user of Excel;
- Tableau experience a plus;
- Understanding of marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS , ROI, LTV, CAC, Retention;
- Great desire to develop in performance marketing and constantly look for new approaches, points for scaling.
Your manager will be Roman, our User Acquisition Manager, who has been with the company for 2 years, but has been in performance marketing for more than 7 years. During his work at the company, he increased effective spending by 5 times, had a successful launch of new sources and a new product, is constantly engaged in improving processes in the team and automating work, considers it his strategic task.
