We are always open and looking for new talents to join our friendly and strong team, and today especially. We have an opening for the position of User Acquisition Manager - a person who will launch creative and successful advertising campaigns in social networks.
If you are ready for new and large-scale challenges (building the #1 marketplace for tutoring in the world 🔥🚀) - we are waiting for your CV! > Skills, experience, personal qualities: - 3+ years of experience working with Meta Ads in competitive niches (work with EdTech will be an advantage);
- Knowledge and calculation of standard metrics: CPC, CPM, CPA, CR, Revenue, ROAS, ROI, CAC, etc.;
- Understanding the principles of marketing, user pains and ways of working with them;
- Creativity and ability to qualitatively generate new ideas and hypotheses, conclusions and cases;
- Independence and proactivity;
- Knowledge of English B1 (communication with local managers).
Your main tasks:
- Testing, launching and scaling of advertising campaigns in Meta Ads (markets: Ukraine, Poland, Romania ).
- Analysis of campaign performance indicators, constant adjustment of strategies based on data to achieve ROI and KPI;
- Hypothesis testing: audiences, targeting, texts, creatives;
- Constant interaction with the team and the designer: generation of ideas for creative materials, production of technical specifications and preparation of feedback on the effectiveness of campaigns;
- Analysis of competitors, the market and new trends;
- Reporting: weekly, monthly.
