The main goal of this role is to attract users to the product by helping to create and scale advertising campaigns on the Meta platform and to help achieve the business goals of the project. is a product for women that helps them change their lives for the better. The goal of the team for the next 2 years is to become the number 1 transformative product for women in the world. Your area of influence: Testing, optimization and scaling of marketing campaigns on the Meta platform within the framework of team CPIs; Analyzing the results of advertising campaigns using appropriate tools (Tableau, Appsflyer, Amplitude, etc.); Constantly searching for new approaches to involve users and conducting appropriate tests; Interaction with the creative team, offering ideas for creatives and providing feedback on the effectiveness of advertising materials. For this you will need: Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data; "Effective creativity" — the ability to quickly and efficiently generate new marketing ideas based on analytical conclusions about their effectiveness; English is not lower than Upper-Intermediate +; Proactivity, care, enthusiasm and the desire to become a cool specialist in the field of performance marketing. It will be an advantage if: You have work experience in the field of marketing, analytics or in Big4/FMCG companies; You have the skills to work with advertising cabinets (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, etc.) and understand the specifics of these advertising platforms; You have the skills to work with simple graphic editors (Canva, CapCut, Figma, Photoshop, etc.).
