We believe that motivated people change the world! What awaits you: Creation, analysis and optimization of advertising campaigns in Meta Platforms, TikTok, and later in other advertising networks such as Telegram, Reddit, possibly Discord and Steam; Conducting A/B tests; Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns with the help of analytical tools: Google Analytics, Tableau or others.Generation of ideas to create new creatives;Communication with designers to create the most successful concepts in the market;Participate in the formation of the company's marketing strategy.What you need to join this position:2+ years of experience in Marketing;Understanding metrics of marketing (CPM, CTR, CPA, CR); Strong analytical skills - you know and like to find the connection between facts and metrics, and then use it to optimize processes; Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level. Will be a significant advantage: Experience in working with the Meta marketing platform (Facebook, Instagram), confirmed by successful cases.
