Itall depends onyou! Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Google Ads and Bing ads campaigns, including testing hypotheses and different optimization models. Generating hypotheses toimprove the efficiency ofattracting new users and scaling. Testing other marketing channels such asemail marketing, organic search, and Meta ads. Planning and managing 6-figure advertising budgets. Analyzing campaign performance and developing recommendations for improvement. Ensuring high quality traffic and maximizing conversions. Requirements: 3+years ofexperience asaPPCSpecialist. Extensive practical experience inuser acquisition through Google ads, including strategy development and budget optimization. Experience with Tier 1markets. Experience with marketing budgets from $100k/month. Ability togenerate new ideas and creative approaches tocampaign optimization and problem solving. Upper-Intermediate level ofEnglish proficiency orhigher. Fluency inUkrainian language. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Ability tomanage time effectively and prioritize tasks tomaximize productivity. Nice tohave: Experience with other marketing channels such asMeta ads, email marketing, SEO.
