What awaits you: Creation, analysis and optimization of advertising campaigns in Meta, TikTok, and later in other advertising networks; Conducting A/B tests; Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising creatives and generation of ideas to create new ones; Close communication with designers to create the most successful creative concepts on the market; Participate in the formation of the company's marketing strategy. What you need to join this position: 2 years of experience in Marketing; Understanding of marketing metrics (CPM, CTR , CPA, CR);Strong analytical skills - you know and like to find the connection between facts and metrics, and then use it to optimize processes;Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level.Will be a significant advantage:Experience in working with the Meta marketing platform (Facebook, Instagram), confirmed by successful cases.
