We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager who will actively scale the Meta direction in a team of experienced experts and share experiences. What challenges await:— Creation, management and optimization of advertising campaigns in Meta Ads in Tier1 geo;— Monitor and track KPIs across all channels, including budget pace, ARRPU, CAC, ROAS and ROI;— Collaborate with content and design teams to create and approve ad materials. What's important to us:— Experience working with Meta Ads from 1 year in an advertising agency or a product company;— Experience with the US, Canadian, Australian and UK markets;— Approach to decision-making based on data. Strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze large amounts of information and draw conclusions from it;— Systematic and structured;— Creativity and the ability to generate new ideas and hypotheses with high quality. It will be a plus:— Experience with advertising platforms TikTok Ads, AppLovin, Vungle, Taboola;— Experience working with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tableau, Airtable — English at B2 level.
