We are looking for an experienced specialist (with 2 years of experience) who will join our team and systematize the processes of working with paid advertising and evaluating its effectiveness. Your work will include: Launching and managing Facebook advertising campaigns, Google Ads for SAAS project and mobile application. Analysis of the results of marketing campaigns using MixPannel, Tableau and AppsFlyer. Optimize and scale LCD within KPI: CPL/ СAC. Interaction with designers to create new banners and videos. Development and implementation of various creative pretesting approaches. Testing new channels to scale and achieve positive ROI. Research of marketing activities of competitors. Expectations from the User Acquisition Manager: 2 years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager or PPC Manager. Having experience in launching advertising companies for mobile applications. Understanding performance metrics for evaluating the success of advertising applications (MAU, DAU, Retention, LTV ...). Ability to formulate strategies for B2B and B2C projects. Ability to work with Google Analytics. English language at B1 level. It will be a plus: Experience in launching Web2app and Web2web campaigns. Experience in the US market. Running and managing advertising campaigns TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads and Linkedin Ads Experience with Amplitude.
