User Acquisition Manager in Headway

Together with Daryna (User Acquisition Team Lead) and Elena (Product Marketing Manager) We are looking for a User Acquisition Specialist in the Web2App flow team to be even stronger in what we do.

1. Experiment. We have an ambitious goal to become the #1 learning platform in the world and there is no single right solution for how to do it yet - so there is a lot of room for action. Do you have suggestions on how to improve our process of interaction with potential users? Great, let's try!

2. Influence the product. You will have the opportunity to make decisions about product development and test new ideas together with the team. Analytical mindset and creative approach will come in handy.

3. Test new technologies in the field of digital marketing and participate in closed alpha/beta tests together with our partners - Meta, Google and others

What will need to be done?

- Create and scale advertising campaigns on our top platform Meta

- Implement a diversification strategy through testing and launching new traffic sources (TikTok, Google and others);

- Build strong hypotheses about user behavior and test them using performance marketing and CRO tools;

- Analyze the EdTech market;

- Interact with the creative production team: propose ideas for creatives and give feedback on the effectiveness of advertising materials.

What do you need to join us?

- Have 1+ years of experience in the field of marketing, media buying, user acquisition.

- Have experience with advertising platforms Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.

- Understand digital marketing tools and metrics.

- Have strong analytical skills and make decisions based on data.< /p>

- Know English at Upper Intermediate+ level.
