What challenges await:— Scaling Facebook traffic to seven-figure budgets;— Finding unit economies in new channels;— Creating and managing campaigns;— Building creative processes;— A/V testing of various funnels and strategies;— Finding and testing various flows of interaction with advertising offices and partners;— Researching competitors and testing their best practices in our procurement. In our team, each of the marketers is responsible for his own traffic channel, so you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the business results of a separate direction; — Willingness to experiment a lot. At Skelar, we understand that there can be no growth without experiments, which is why we allocate considerable budgets for them every month. In our candidates, we are looking for:— 2 years+ experience in User Acquisition/Performance Marketing;— managing budgets from $100,000 per month ;— understanding of specifics and approaches when working with Meta;— analytical skills;— fluency in Excel / Google Sheets;— understanding of marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS, LTV, CAC, retention and others. Previous work experience, which will be a distinct plus:— Markets Tier1/ US/ UK;— Skills in working with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Optimize; Tableau / Amplitude;— Web products.
