User Acquisition Manager in Boosta

We are Boosta — an international IT company with a portfolio of successful products, performance marketing projects, and our investment fund, Burner. Boosta was founded in 2014, and since then, the number of Boosters has grown to 600+.Now we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join the team of cool professionals at the Honeytech project - a fast-growing company in the industry of webcomics. Founded in 2022 in Ukraine. Top 3 in its industry, goal - #1.WHAT YOU’LL DO• Launch advertising campaigns on TikTok, Snapchat, and others;• Test new advertising platforms for Android (X, Reddit, and others);• Analyze and track the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas;• Be responsible for traffic profitability.WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU• Experience purchasing traffic for at least 1.5 years (Meta, TikTok);• Experience working with Google, Snapchat is an advantage;• Ability to work independently with large monthly budgets;• Experience working with a monthly budget of at least $30,000;• Understanding of marketing metrics, ability to analyze and evaluate the impact of actions on them;• Proactivity and willingness to learn quickly.HOW IT WORKSStage 1: pre-screen with a recruiter.Stage 2: test task.Stage 3: interview.Stage 4: reference check.Stage 5: job offer!A trial period for this position - 3 months, during which we will get used to and work together.
