And that's why we are looking for an ambitious User Acquisition Manager in the team so that all our plans become real. YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE: • Launching, analyzing and evaluating the results of advertising campaigns, their optimization on the Meta/TikTok platforms; • Deep analysis and effective optimization of marketing campaigns; • Providing feedback and collaborating with the creative team to improve creatives;• Finding additional product growth points by testing various marketing hypotheses;• Creating and regularly updating project reporting.WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN:• 1+ year of traffic buying experience with a monthly budget of $600k+ in Meta;• Experience with TikTok, Snapchat will be an advantage;• Working with web2app and SKAN procurement;• Using analytical tools, understanding conversions and working with reports in Appsflyer, Tableau, Amplitude;• Ability to evaluate and analyze the results of creatives, form hypotheses;• Analytical abilities, developed critical thinking;• Proactivity, willingness to propose and discuss ideas.
