Viber is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our Growth team. As a User Acquisition Manager, you’ll be responsible for paid and organic user acquisition activities, including research, creativity, execution, optimization, analysis and knowledge sharing. 

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage and optimize large-scale user acquisition campaigns across multiple acquisition channels
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns constantly to meet engagement KPIs
  • Collaborate & coordinate your activities with marketing, product, creative, ASO and analytics stakeholders to drive the best results for your activities
  • Communicate regularly the results of your activities and upcoming plans
  • Plan, manage and execute global ASO projects
  • Develop strong relationships with our different partners and seek out new opportunities. 
  • Maintain a pulse on trends in the mobile marketing industry

Advantages:
  • Experience with utility/communication apps
  • Development background / Experience in mobile analytics settings

Experience:
3-5

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years proven experience in planning and managing Google UAC, Meta, and Apple Search Ads campaigns for mobile apps at a minimum budget of $1M/year. Experience running TikTok Ads/other channels - advantage
  • Develop and execute ASO strategies
  • A quantitative mind and love for numbers, exceptional analysis skills, and high Excel (Google Spreadsheet) proficiency
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and work against deadlines and performance goals
  • Self-motivated, agile, and independent
  • Ability to multitask while tracking changes and performance regularly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
