In 5 years, our products have been downloaded more than 250M times. Were #1 in the USA App Store, won Google Play's Best App and attracted investment from Andreessen Horowitz.

/>• able to work with creatives: form hypotheses, analyze, communicate tasks to designers
• know how to research the market and competitors 🔪
• have experience interacting with the product team
• able to prioritize tasks and form a clear consistent marketing plan
• you understand the technical aspects of procurement for mobile applications (Android, SKAD, Web2App (CAPI))
• analyze better than British scientists (Tableau, Google Analytics, Appsflyer)
• you have experience with the US and Tier-1 regions
• speak English, upper-intermediate or higher.

Not required, but would be a plus. Maybe even two:
• previous experience with other advertising platforms (eg TikTok, Google Ads, Snap, etc.)
• working with marketing budgets from $100k/month.

You will:
• take ownership of UA network activities, where development and scaling are your passion, your energy
• research the market and competitors
• work in collaboration with product and content teams.

Your future team:
• cross-functional, focused on complex work with the product
• user acquisition lead, designers, analysts, ASO/ASA managers, product and content managers are partners in a crime, with whom you will most often communicate
• consists of Middle&Senior level Refians, but we do not abuse titles too much
• iterates a large number of product hypotheses
• launches new successful ones AI products
