Role Overview
We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager with proven experience managing multi-million budgets in performance marketing for mobile products. Experience with short drama / entertainment apps will be a significant advantage.
The role involves full responsibility for paid user acquisition across all channels — from scaling to efficiency and growth.
Main Responsibilities
Plan, launch and scale UA campaigns with multi-million dollar budgets.
Manage paid user acquisition through Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads (UAC), Snapchat, DSP and other channels.
Full responsibility for key KPIs: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, payback.
Building and optimization of full-funnel UA strategy: prospecting, retargeting, re-engagement.
Leadership in creative testing strategy (UGC, video, hooks, formats).
Analysis of performance data and making data-driven scaling decisions.
Work closely with product, analytics and monetization teams.
Manage budgets, forecasts and growth plans with full responsibility for ROI.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing.
Strong analytical skills and experience with attribution and analytical tools.
Fluency in English (oral and written).
High level of responsibility, speed of execution and growth mindset.
Will be a plus
Experience with subscription or content applications.
Experience scaling campaigns in Tier-1 markets (USA, EU).
