User Acquisition Manager in KIT Group

Kit Group company invites User Acquisition Manager for cooperation.

Work experience: from 1 of the year;

Work schedule: MON - FRI, 9.00 - 10.00

Work format: Remote

Professional knowledge/skills required for the position:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and take tactical decisions;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Great experience with Telegram EDS will be a plus.

Personal qualities required for the position:

Functional duties job duties:

• Launch and support of activities to attract users on various platforms (Google, FB, Insta);
• Creation, optimization and scaling of advertising campaigns , to maximize revenue;
• Analysis of advertising campaign results using various tools including Tableau, Appsflyer, Excel, etc.;
• Understanding of key metrics - CPM, CPI, CPA, LTV required , ROI, ARPU;
• Tracking user behavior and gaining insights from user data., regular reports on results and suggestions for creative producers and product marketing managers.
